LOVE this podcast. Like eavesdropping on an awesome, juicy conversation, but less creepy. The girls are real, intelligent and funny.

there's a quick movement in this podcast between very silly and fun commentary on pop culture and more serious and thoughtful consideration of social issues. the movement is not jarring or tonally weird though, because it follows the natural path of a discussion between friends who are comfortable enough with each other (and their audience?) to be sincere about silly stuff and be funny about serious stuff. it's smart, and funny, and good, and you should listen.
